The local community showed tremendous support of Children's Miracle Network by donating $103,488.00 through The 9th Annual Stripes® "KICKS Cares for Kids" Radiothon benefiting Children's Miracle Network. The Telethon was held at Music City Mall on February 18th - 21st. Proceeds from the event stay in the local area to enhance the treatment young patients receive at Medical Center Hospital's Pediatric unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

MCH Junior Volunteer Teen Leadership is a leadership program for teens 14-18. Once known as the Candy Striper Program, the teen leadership program has given the youth of the community an opportunity to work alongside healthcare professionals for last 52 years. Medical Center Hospital is happy to announce that Tierney and Cody Hamilton are the proud parents of their new baby girl Tinley. Tinley was born at 12:54 am this morning and weighed in at 6lbs 15 oz and 19.5 inches. She is the first baby born in Odessa, Texas for this new year.
