Welcome to Medical Center Hospital Volunteer Service’s free email sender. This service is a great way to keep you in contact with your loved one whether you’re across town or across the country.
Once you have filled out your information and typed your message, we'll do the rest, printing and delivering your email, and getting it to the patient in a timely fashion. All messages will be delivered at the earliest convenience.
Due to the volume of emails we receive, patients cannot respond back to your email. Also, because of patient confidentiality and/or the patient’s medical condition, we cannot confirm the delivery of the email. MCH Volunteer Services simply provides the Patient Email Delivery as a free customer service.
Email delivery service is available Monday - Friday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (CST). Email that is sent after 2:00 pm (CST) will be delivered on the next business day.
You can also send a free Online Cheer Card to a patient.
