The satisfaction of our MCH patients is a top priority. To improve performance and patient care, patient satisfaction surveys are mailed to a random sample of our patients after discharge. Below are some of the recent survey comments from MCH patients about their patient experience.

"I spent a day hanging out at Medical Center Hospital back in December when my sister had surgery.  I have been in many hospitals over the years because of a very accident-prone child.  I can tell you that the hospitals in Albuquerque and even California do not come close to comparing to Medical Center Hospital.

Medical Center Hospital is the cleanest hospital that I have ever had to sit in.  And all the employees -from the Surgeon to the Nurses to the people working in the gift shop, the waiting room and the cafeteria  were happy and friendly and helpful - including cleaning staff!  It is quite obvious that they all love their jobs, and where they work!

I don't know how you do it, but I sure wish other hospitals would model themselves after Medical Center Hospital."
